We are seeking an entrepreneurial spirited, highly results driven Sales Executive-Strategic Staffing.

The candidate should have a BS/BA degree and have the ability to leverage existing relationships to engage business and close business. The candidate should possess a moderate understanding of IT terminology and process in order to effectively assess and solve new and existing accounts’ business needs through staff augmentation.

Critical Skills:

  • Demonstrated successful track record in Strategic Staffing
  • 2-4 years of complex solution selling experience in a direct sales role
  • Identify, engage, and maintain critical relationships
  • Present new products and programs effectively to new and existing clients
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Demonstrated exceptional customer service
  • Results-oriented and ability to establish priorities effectively.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites in their territory
