Position Description/Responsibilities (CCC/Vendor)


.Net Developer


Location: Los Angeles, CA area

Duration: long term (18 mos)


The assigned Software Developer shall be responsible for the development of application software, interfaces and services to support the business requirements including development of the following related plans or deliverables. This is a long term opportunity.

  • Interpretation of the written requirements and technical specifications as set by the Business Analyst(s) for the Project 
  • Interact with clients and stakeholders to implement solutions 
  • Perform the design and coding for technical specifications written by Business Analyst(s), including the implementation of unit tests and code reviews 
  • Design and code in the User Interface, Background, and Database layers 
  • Analyze and investigate problems that have been reported by client and document the results of their investigation(s) 
  • Perform maintenance of programs and correct defects that have been identified during the testing process 
  • Run tests on software whereby they create and implement test plans 
  • Documentation of the results of tests 
  • Develop software prototypes; and communicate with the team in order to coordinate and document application development and testing 
  • Follow established application design and coding standards, policies, and procedures 
  • Verify stability, interoperability, portability, security, and scalability of application architecture



  • Programming Languages – C, Visual C++, C#, JavaScript
  • Database Technologies – SQL Server, SSMS, TSQL
  • Application Frameworks – .Net 4.6, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, WCF, Web API
  • User Interface Frameworks – WinForms, WebForms, Angular, ExtJS
  • Web Technologies – HTML, HTTP, PHP, AJAX, JSON, XML, XSL, CSS
  • Development Tools – Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server
  • Design Patterns – OOAD, UML, SOA, MVC
  • Programming skills – Multi-threading
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Well versed in all phases of SDLC
  • Property Tax systems experience a plus
