CAI:  Senior Sales Position - Atlanta, Georgia



Senior Information Technology & Managed Service Consulting business development executive with Public Sector or Commercial as their primary industry experience.   Must have strong prospecting and client facilitation of the full sales cycle. Must demonstrate strong closing practices at every step of the sales cycle.


Overall Duties 

  • Define market prospecting strategy based on personal relationships, peer relationships, and past customer relationships.
  • Prioritize prospecting list and engage specialization heads for the purpose of development detail pursuit strategies and tactical outcomes 
  • Manage client relationships as an advisor to the client strategy, outcomes, and immediate/long term demands


Position Requirements/Technical Skills (CCC/Vendor)

Skills and Experience 

  • 8+ years of successful professional IT services (Managed Services and Staff Augmentation) selling in the Atlanta market place.
  • Ability to establish credibility with Business and Technical leadership to drive new account business.
  • Significant management experience, particularly in a IT services environment 
    • Strong organizational, communications (Oral and Written) and facilitation skills
    • High willingness to learn new services and how CAI services work and are applied
  • Sales experience in commercial and public sectors, in IT services and staff augmentation 
  • Financial management experience sufficient to run profitable engagement
  • Ability to balance multiple initiatives and deliver high quality interactions with Prospect Customers and the internal team. 


  • BS, in business, technical or professional discipline or equivalent work experience 
  • Continuous education in business strategies, design concepts and methodologies and/or technologies 
  • Significant experience in IT Services and staff augmentation would be of value  
  • Proven record of five years minimum demonstrating the ability to manage a successful business.  
  • Hands on experience in a number of sales business disciplines such as consulting services, business operations, project management, information technology, software development, with a proven ability and record of success 
  • Strong communications and presentation skills.
