Position Description/Responsibilities (CCC/Vendor)


The primary functions of the Full Stack Developer roles are to develop software applications based on functional requirements and technical specifications. This person will regularly create and document technical designs based on functional requirements as well as implement the design. Software developers work collaboratively with business analysts in order to understand functional requirements and translate those requirements into technical designs. Additionally, software developers work collaboratively with other developers to share coding best practices and ensure standardized techniques across the team.


  • Serve as technical expert including solution analysis and translating functional requirements into design specifications
  • Planning and execution of unit tests of code components
  • Development of solutions for a variety of complex problems
  • Support of Custom off-the-shelf (COTS) applications including new customizations and reporting
  • Ability to work in fast paced development environment
  • Support, maintain, and document software functionality
  • Identify and evaluate new technologies for implementation
  • Analyze code to find causes of errors and revise programs as needed
  • Consult with end user to prototype, refine, test, and debug programs to meet needs
  • Experience with object oriented programming and Agile development practice
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are must.



Position Requirements/Technical Skills (CCC/Vendor)

Preferred Experience, Skills and Education:

  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience with Go, ReactJS,, NodeJS, HTML5 and CSS3. Experience with Google Cloud and React Native is a plus.
  • Knowledge of parallel processing, threads, concurrency, dependency injection, unity control, entity framework
  • Excellent knowledge of design patterns for software design
  • Excellent knowledge of enterprise architectural patterns
  • Excellent familiarity with software development processes, standards, and best practices to ensure quality outcomes
  • Experience working within short development cycles using agile (Scrum) methods
  • Good Presentation and Communication skills along with abilities to convey information and persuade
  • Ability to translate technical concept into language for non-technical stakeholders
  • Passion for keeping up to speed with the latest software tools and methodologies
  • Ability to evaluate and adopt new technologies
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage expectations
  • Ownership mentality with capability to drive forward solutions on own initiative
  • Ability to challenge status-quo
  • Flexible & easily adaptable to change
