Position Description/Responsibilities (CCC/Vendor)


CAI is looking for a Skype Admin/Trainer in the Wilmington, Mass area.

The person will be doing general support duties related to Skype for Business, and local candidates preferred.

This is a long term position.



Self-motivated, organized, technical-oriented individual to support, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot user accounts for Skype for Business within the company infrastructure.


Individual will participate as a member of the PC Support Team, which provides computing services and direction for NA users of Windows 7, Windows 10, Office 2013, Office 2016, Internet Explorer, Outlook and other business applications on PCs and laptops attached to a Windows Active Directory local area network. 


Candidate will be responsible for the setup of new Skype user accounts, training/familiarization of Skype functions with new users, maintenance of user accounts and group accounts. Candidate will also troubleshoot hardware and software problems for PC users related to SKype for Business.



Position Requirements/Technical Skills (CCC/Vendor)


BS/equivalent and 1 - 3 years IT experience.  Strong knowledge of and experience supporting the Microsoft Office suite, Outlook, Internet Explorer, Skype of Business. SMS, Microsoft Windows and Windows Active Directory experience a plus. Prior experience as a designated Skype Admin strongly preferred. A strong customer focus and exceptional skills in delivering desktop support required.
