Position Description/Responsibilities (CCC/Vendor)

 

Computer Aid Inc. (CAI) is a $500M global IT consulting firm that specializes in high value, long term managed services engagements with our clients.  We are looking for Scrum Master for a product team in one of our strategic accounts.  We are looking for only the best – highly motivated, flexible, team player, excellent communications and ability to develop inter-personal relationships. 

Responsibilities:

This position is a key role for a Product Team supporting multiple B2C websites and e-commerce sites.  The applications are on a pre-planned release schedule with releases occurring throughout the year.  Releases are built from product backlogs and/or open tickets and are executed following a process that is appropriate for their stage in the transition from waterfall to Agile.  This position is a hybrid role that is a combination of Scrum Master with some Business Analyst responsibilities.  We are looking for someone who can act as a leader for the product team in an Agile transformation.     

  • Operate as a Scrum Master and occasional Business Analyst for product releases, depending on transition stage to Agile
    • Sprint/Release planning, Sprint Retros, Daily Stand ups, Requirements Gathering, Testing reviews
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements for releases
  • Collaborate with the product team (development, BA, QA, Support) to ensure successful delivery of releases
  • Work with both onsite and offshore resources
  • Build strong relationships with other IT teams, IT leadership and business teams

Position Requirements/Technical Skills (CCC/Vendor)

Required Skills:

  • Certified Scrum Master
  • 3 years’ experience working as a certified Scrum Master - proven experience
  • 3+ years Business Analysis
  • Previous experience leading an organization through transition to Agile highly preferred
  • Experience with B2C websites and e-commerce sites
  • Ability to demonstrate a level of technical understanding of website and e-commerce site
  • Previous experience with applications using .Net, Sitecore preferred
  • Experience working with releases to enhance, modify and update applications
  • Exceptional communication skills are a must
  • Proven ability to develop strong inter-personal relationships
  • Must be flexible to wear multiple hats and transition between roles – Scrum Master & BA
