Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication or related field required
3-5 years of recruiting experience
Experience negotiating salaries and utilizing search engines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information to internal and external customers in a clear, focused and concise manner
Ability to work independently and mentor junior recruiters
