Position Description/Responsibilities (CCC/Vendor)

  • Performing recruiting by sourcing, interviewing, and qualifying information technology candidates for submittal to the hiring manager and/or EVP
  • Negotiating rates and salaries with candidates
  • Working with hiring managers to ensure job requirements are clearly met
  • Conferring with management and supervisors to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills
  • Writing job descriptions or reviews and edit job descriptions written by others
  • Developing recruiting programs and collateral to attract applications and fill specific job openings
  • Developing and maintaining network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
  • Initiating contact with possible qualified candidates for specific job openings
  • Reviewing applications and interviewing applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about the organization and position
  • Screening and referring candidates for additional interviews with others in the organization
  • Scheduling interviews and updating candidates throughout the process
  • Writing and posting job advertising on various boards
  • Utilize on-line recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates
  • Maintain candidate records for future reference

Position Requirements/Technical Skills (CCC/Vendor)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication or related field required

  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience

  • Experience negotiating salaries and utilizing search engines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information to internal and external customers in a clear, focused and concise manner 

  • Ability to work independently and mentor junior recruiters 

  • Excellent customer service skills
