  • Position Description/Responsibilities (CCC/Vendor)

    CAI is seeking an experienced SAP Finance/Treasury Consultant to provide support in the Middletown, PA area.  



    • Provide day to day operational support for SAP FI related modules and work in support of project initiatives as assigned
    • Work at the direction of customer's FI - SAP Business Process Supervisor or Manager of SAP Business Processes
    • Provide support for the SAP Treasury Project, which includes Debt Management, Cash Management and Investment Management
    • Perform tasks equivalent to a customer Senior SAP Business Process Specialist:
      • Configures and maintains SAP FI related modules to support end user and customer business processes
      • Provides technical assistance to end users by troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving concerns regarding customer SAP FI related modules
      • Identifies and corrects configuration issues to customer SAP FI related solution and ensures proper operation of same
      • Performs research on SAP Service Marketplace, opens OSS messages, evaluates OSS notes, and tests OSS notes that PTC opts to apply
      • Supports integration points with other SAP modules in use by customer
      • Generates or maintains up-to-date documentation related to any changes made against
        • customer SAP configuration
        • ServiceNow objects (i.e. incidents, requests, problems, projects, changes, etc.)
        • HP Quality Center based quality assurance test scripts
        • UPerform based Business Process Procedures. 
      • Provides verbal and written status reports at the frequency requested by customer FI - SAP Business Process Supervisor.  The complexity and detail of status reporting will vary depending on the complexity and priority of the incidents and tasks assigned to the resource at any given time
      • Provides desk side and/or presentations based end user demonstration/training regarding FI specific modules and processes
      • Coordinates with other business units to accomplish successful implementation of production changes
      • Conducts reviews and comparisons of current business processes with SAP recommended best practices to determine where business  process or system changes are necessary
      • Participate in customer Treasury Project, providing support and executing assigned tasks
    • Provide knowledge transfer to customer prior to conclusion of the engagement including written detail of the status of all in-process incidents and assignments. This turnover effort shall supplement ongoing knowledge transfer.



    Position Requirements/Technical Skills (CCC/Vendor)


    Must have 1 year of Public Sector experience. 


    Desired Skillset The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years of expertise in as many of the following SAP Modules as possible:

      • General Ledger (GL)
      • Accounts Payable (AP)
      • Accounts Receivable (AR)
