Quality Assurance Analyst


Position Description/Responsibilities (CCC/Vendor)

CAI has an immediate opening for a junior level QA analyst.  This position is located in our Harrisburg Development Center on Paxton Street in Harrisburg.  

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing test cases to meet business requirements for information technology projects. Works with CAI stakeholders to ensure customer goals are achieved.


Duties and responsibilities

  1. Creates test cases from planning documentation for software applications.
  2. Executes test cases, documents results, and escalates defects.

Position Requirements/Technical Skills (CCC/Vendor)

To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills / experience:



Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, or related field


Skills - Required: 

  • Familiarity with quality testing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to write technical documentation in a clear and concise manner.


Skills - Preferred: 

  • Understanding of SharePoint/documentation sharing tools
  • Experience using TFS (Team Foundation Server)
  • Experience using MTM (Microsoft Test Manager)
  • Familiar with both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies
