Project Administrator

Location US-FL-Miramar

Position Description/Responsibilities (CCC/Vendor)

CAI's customer in South FL has an immediate need for an IT Project Administrator. This position requires international travel and candidates who apply must have a valid passport.


The Project Administrator will provide IT Team with comprehensive administrative support that encompasses schedule management, travel arrangements, event coordination. Must have very strong excel skills including pivot tables and vlookups. Must have excellent skills in Powerpoint for executive-level presentations.



Job Responsibilities include:

o Assist Project Managers in all administration functions and processes 
o Organize and update daily status reports 
o Attend project meetings and take notes 
o Update and manage project matrix for Application PMs 
o Develop presentations / summaries when necessary 
o Analyze project data and produce project reports for flawless delivery meetings 
o Support the physical deployment of applications on the ship

Position Requirements/Technical Skills (CCC/Vendor)

• Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
• Professional, friendly, positive and helpful attitude
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast changing environment
• Excellent verbal and superior writing skills are necessary
• Report presentation skills a huge plus
• Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
• Adaptable to frequent change
• Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability

Required skills/competencies:

* Prior experience in hospitality industry a plus but not a must
• Requires working in a construction environment, wearing steeltoe shoes, hardhat & protective eye wear.
• Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, kneeling or crouching
• Must be able to remain flexible with varying work schedules as business needs require
• Must carry a valid passport (does not expire within 1 year) with necessary visas to work within US and Schengen countries
