We are seeking a Project Manager to manage a Configuration Management Database initiative.  This is a very critical project; having skills in ServiceNow is considered a plus.


Scope of Project:


Our Client is in the process of rearchitecting ServiceNow and developing and deploying a CMDB globally.  The PM will be responsible for coordinating across all regions and driving regional PM’s.  He/she will work closely with leads and vendor partners.  Will need the PM to develop and manage project plans from project initiation through completion.  He/she will perform stakeholder analysis, communication strategy/analysis, critical success factors, and document all standard PM processes, etc.  This Program will be run in a somewhat agile development model approach so agile experience is a plus.


Required skills:

  • Project Management Concepts/PMI concepts required
  • Prior experience with a CMDB project—considered a huge plus
  • Excellent communication skills verbal/written required
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and initiatives concurrently.
  • Teamwork and Cooperation
  • Change Management
  • Agile skills: considered a huge plus
  • ServiceNow skills: considered a plus. CMDB is not unique to SN but this is part of a larger SN initiative.
