    Computer Aid, incorporated, a leader in IT services and solutions has an immediate opening for an entry-level Systems Analyst to work with one of its major partners in the Greater Boston Area.


    A person with good communication skills (written/verbal) with knowledge of 'communication collaborative tools' would be a good fit.  In addition, the individual will be asked to help create marketing material and conduct user training sessions to assist with the deployment of new technology.  Occasional travel (10%) may be required. Recent graduates or those looking to establish themselves within the IT industry may be considered.


    The systems analyst will work with other systems analysts and project managers within Corporate IS to learn, document, and provide support for various communication and collaboration technologies at client, such as OneDrive for Business, OneNote, and Skype for Business.  The systems analyst will work with employees to understand their collaboration challenges and help implement solutions with guidance from senior systems analysts. 



    • Conduct user interviews to understand and document collaboration requirements
    • Run presentations, do trade shows
    • Design and configure collaboration solutions
    • Create support documentation and transfer knowledge of collaboration solutions to support team
    • Become knowledgeable on existing collaboration and communication technologies
    • Consider and research emerging technologies
    • Create marketing materials such as emails, videos, and website content
    • Help conduct user training sessions


    Position Requirements/Technical Skills (CCC/Vendor)

    • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field
    • Ability to quickly learn the features and benefits of new technologies
    • Ability to work with minimal guidance
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • High comfort level giving presentations to large groups of employees
