    Sr. Security Software Engineer:


    Security remediation of a C# application utilizing the .NET framework and SQL backend database.  The engagement timeframe is for 5 months, and may get extended.


    Work location is in Dover, DE.


    All candidates will work concurrently on code analysis/review, security vulnerability identification and remediation, regression testing, UAT and deployment of approved fixes. 



    Position Requirements/Technical Skills (CCC/Vendor)


    • The Senior Security Software Engineer is expected to be an Expert level developer.   
    • The Security Software Engineers are expected to be Advanced level developers. 
    • All Engineers must know the application language, framework and database backend as indicated above, along with secure coding best practices. 
    • Preference will be given to resources with knowledge of GitLab, CheckMarx (SAST), and Cryptography. 
    • Technical direction will be provided by lead client's Application Development resources; however, direction and decisions on remediation activities may be performed by the Senior Security Software Engineer contractor, should those skills exist with the resource provided.
