    Position Title: QA Audit Lead

    Location: Pittsburgh, PA


    QA Audit Lead – Pittsburgh, PA

    This is a 6 month contract to permanent placement position.

    QA Audit Lead:


    • Bachelor Degree in computer/engineering/business administration or equivalent
    • 5+ years of experience in planning & executing internal or external audits
    • Must have understanding of internal auditing standards and risk assessment practices
    • Must have experience and understanding of the application of business management
    • Must possess ability to collaborate with senior level personnel and provide leadership to internal stakeholders regarding best business practices and continuous process improvement
    • Experience in quality improvement preferred


    • Responsibilities:
    • Develop audit strategy for projects/programs/applications and/or IT operations
    • Develop audit plans (quarterly/Half yearly/annually) based on Risk assessment and compliance requirements
    • Participate in quality audits (and lead a team of quality auditors)
    • Coordinate with IT and HR teams for external audits
    • Represent audit team in senior management meetings and review meetings
    • Obtain commitment from senior management for timely closure of audit action items
    • Lead a global team of auditors to assign and track audit execution
    • Consolidate audit reports and findings
    • Manage escalations
