    Worker will be tasked with performing an audit of TPWD field site telecommunications bills and related services.

    Responsibilities include contacting filed sites to verify phone numbers and services being used and requesting a full Customer Service Report from Local Exchange Carriers. The phone numbers should be identified as phone system, fax, security, fire alarms, credit card machines, park residence lines. Discrepancies found will be researched and resolved in coordination with site purchasing personnel.  Requests for credit from appropriate LECs will be initiated as appropriate. Contractor will be asked to document all activities, discrepancies found, changes in service and potential credits.


    Contractor may be tasked with providing problem resolution related to telecommunications moves, adds and changes (MACs) in the Austin headquarters complex including platform support.

    Position Requirements/Technical Skills (CCC/Vendor)


    Minimum Requirements:




    Skill in effective verbal and written communication


    Skills using complex Excel spreadsheets to input data, manipulate data points and create detailed reports.


    Experience communicating with Local Exchange Carriers to audit telecommunication services.


    Experience using and supporting telephony endpoints connected to Nortel CSE1000 PBX and Cisco CMU systems.


    Ability to work effectively with others to resolve telecommunications related systems issues.


    Ability to pay close attention to details
