    I am recruiter at Computer Aid Inc. I am searching for a qualified candidate for our Billing Specialist position in Pittsburgh, PA area. Please see details of the position below.

     

    Position Title: Billing Specialist

    Location: Pittsburgh, PA

     

    Billing Specialist – Pittsburgh, PA

    This is a 6 month contract to permanent placement position.

    Skills Required:

    • High degree in proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Excel Macros, Microsoft Access Forms (VBA Code) and SQL;
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills; attention to detail and accuracy is critical; and
    • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

     

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Process daily, weekly and monthly client sales and asset data files, which include the transformation of raw data (received in various formats) into standard file formats to import into our Sales and Asset Report system.
    • Execute internal validation process to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all client data file imports into our Sales & Asset Reporting system (MARS); identify, document and remediate issues in a timely manner.
