Responsibilities include: determining and defining system specifications, process improvement, quality assurance, interaction with customers and technical staff, and higher emphasis on problem resolution.
This candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, increased level of business knowledge and experience in a defined area (i.e. claims, membership, accounting, service, finance, etc.), and experience and knowledge of project methodology and the application development life-cycle.
The position requires knowledge of various technologies such as rational tools knowledge (ClearQuest, ReqPro, etc.) and RUP methodology and 3-5 years of related experienced as outlined above.
Requires a seasoned expert on the integration of multiple systems or large-scale development projects.
