  • Position Description/Responsibilities (CCC/Vendor)

    On a daily basis, the onsite Contingent Staffing Service Delivery Manager (Project Manager) will serve as the primary interfacing point of contact between CAI and The District Contract Management team.  This position requires someone who is forward thinking, highly organized and detail oriented, along with superior customer service and client interface experience.  

    In this role, you will be responsible for....

    o  Acquiring the subject matter expertise to answer any questions related to the day to day program operations and contract execution to include:

    • Contract terms, requirements and SLAs
    • Workflow and Standard Operating Procedures as defined by the contract and clients

    o   Managing and assisting with 

    • Agency Onboarding
    • Requirement Creation and Processing
    • Candidate screening and quality control
    • Supplier Management
    • Contractual Compliance
    • Issue avoidance and resolution

    o   Serving as escalation point for any contractual, agency or supplier issues.

    • Create weekly status reports to identify, document and track the resolution of items within the Pipeline program.
    • Reviews scheduled reporting metrics for accuracy, providing proper notification when modifications are necessary, or when additional information is requested by the client
    • Responsible for managing workload of a small team who is serving the District in a MSP/VMS staffing capacity
    • Responsible for increasing program volume.
    • Position will be hands-on working with the clients, VMS and
    • Lead planning efforts for coordinating various activities to include:

    o   Conducting Contract Management Meetings

    o   Attending District Agency Meetings

    o   Providing Supplier Community Sessions/Webinars

    o   Agency outreach and contract expansion effort

    Position Requirements/Technical Skills (CCC/Vendor)

    Required Skills

    7-10 years’ experience with staffing related program management

    Experience with Washington DC is a plus but experience working with a Government client is required

    5 years’ experience serving IT specific customers and client sites.

    5 years’ managing projects or teams in a public sector experience, especially staffing or Managed Services related to staffing

    In this role, you will be co-located with the District client and you must be onsite through business hours.  You will have significant interaction with District Managers and the CBE supplier community.
