    CAI is looking for a Cyber Security SME.

    Candidate must have Cyber Security Experience.

    This is a permanent position.

    Essential Job Functions:

    • Create and manage our body of knowledge and ensure relevancy and currency
    • Responsible for the efficacy of the assessment method and the model output
    • Understand competitive landscape, state of practice, regulatory environment and threat environment; S.W.O.T. analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats)
    • Provide keynotes, demos, write white papers, etc. to advance market awareness and leadership position
    • Responsible for the overall management of the CCA Model and software application maintenance and improvements
    • Identify, lead, and establish effective working relationships across functional areas of the enterprise

    Position Requirements/Technical Skills (CCC/Vendor)

    Requirements and Skills:

    • BA or BS in Information Technology (IT) or Information Security (IS) or related discipline from an accredited institution or Associate degree and 10+ years comparable work experience in IT, IS or related field


    Minimum Experience Required:

    • 10 - 15 years’ experience in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, and/or Information Resilience.
    • Strong working knowledge of cloud security architectures, and application’s requirements for protecting information within the cloud environment (e.g. Azure)
    • Experience should include familiarity with common security standards (e.g. NIST SP         800-53, ISO 27K series, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, Supply Chain Risk Management, etc.)
    • Experience in IT Operations (e.g. oversight of day-to-day data center operations, network operations center, or security operations center; information and system security, secure development, etc.)
    • Operational knowledge using/following cyber frameworks
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)


    Preferred Experience:

    • MBA or MS in IT/IS or related discipline from an accredited institution
    • 15+ years’ in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance in one or more vertical industries:
      • Finance/Banking/Insurance,
      • Information Technology
      • Telecommunications

    • Professional Association/volunteer engagement
