    Overall responsibilities:

                    Provide operational support to the ISS group and sortation equipment.


    Key areas of responsibility:

    • Work with business area to install required sortation system parameters within SLA.
    • Travel to installation sites to install and test new sortation systems.

    Coordinate with Sortation development team for the purpose of:

    • Identifying any code-related issues
    • Communicate new business procedures/processes when applications are modified.
    • Document new procedures that will aid in providing quicker resolutions in the event of future occurrences.
    • Work closely with other members of the support team

    Consults with:

    • Business Area
    • Application Developers
    • All levels of management
    • Field Personnel


    Position Requirements/Technical Skills (CCC/Vendor)


    • Strong sense of customer service
    • Good organizational skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SQL
    • Must be able to communicate effectively
    • Must be team oriented
    • Good time management skills
    • Some knowledge of programming techniques and practices in a major program language (Java, C++, RPGIV, COBOL)
    • Willingness to travel as much as 80% of the time.
    • Valid state issued drivers license.
