    CAI is looking for a BI Lead (Microstrategy & Informatica).  The team is responsible for supporting a suite of critical business applications.  This person will also lead a team of off shore developers; skills in ‘off shore interactions’ is desired.




    • Experience working with the full project life cycle development process, involving analysis, design, development, implementation, and testing phases.
    • Design, developing, deploying, maintaining and integrating complex MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, scorecards, objects (Attributes, Logical Views, Filters, Metrics Transformations, hierarchies, drill maps, Facts, and Prompts), dynamic scorecards and dashboards.
    • Experience in designing and developing Reports with minimal usage of system resources using system prompts of Microstrategy Desktop and Web
    • Extensively worked with the end users in gathering the report requirements and satisfying their reporting needs.
    • Proficient in designing reports through Microstrategy Desktop with optimal usage of key features like Advanced filters, filters, prompts, Transformations, custom groups, and consolidations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with user and client interaction experience.
