    Project Manager

    Location: Chicago

    Duration: 6 mos to long term

     

    This person will be managing ServiceNow Implementations. PMP Certification is highly desired. Strong experience with MS Project and the MS Office Suite is required.  We are looking for a solid PM  who has  developed through the ranks of a business analyst to handle increased responsibilities and complex projects. 

     

    Strong project management and process development skills (Strong PM)

    Strong customer engagement and scope management

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Good experience in leading requirements sessions, estimations, Training sessions

    Exposure to ITSM will be preferred

    Experience in demand management and release management will be preferred.

    Experience in leading from idea to final execution

    Ability to lead in complex environment with changing requirements

    Exposure to Service Now will be great
