  • Position Description/Responsibilities (CCC/Vendor)

    Technical Recruiter to support multiple business practices across multiple geographies including but not limited to FL, NC and GA. The role of the Technical Recruiter is to identify, quality, submit, and pipeline qualified IT candidates to fulfill internal and external client needs, resulting in closed business opportunities which are profitable to the organization.  

     

    Overall Duties 

    • Manage the full life cycle of the recruiting process. This includes: initial screening calls, technical screenings, in person or Skype screenings, reference checking, compensation negotiation, resume formatting, client submission, interview coordination, and offer acceptance.
    • Maintaining a candidate pipeline based on primary skills, existing clients and potential new business coming into your market.
    • Ability to partner with the business development teams to effectively pitch the candidate, and ensure understanding of each requirement.
    • Manage relationships as an advisor to the business for client strategy, outcomes, and immediate/long term demands.
    • Ability to identify candidates through various sources, including but not limited to job boards, social media, referral networks, and networking.
    • Effectively negotiate compensation packages that fall within an established budget resulting in high gross margin business.
    • Maintain accurate records within internal database and provide transparency in the form of status updates to management.      
    • Maintain relationship with consultant throughout the onboarding process and duration of assignment.

    Skills and Experience 

     

    • Distinguish the difference between solid and optional requirements in hiring.
    • Strategize and implement ways to identify the top talent in the marketplace.
    • Clear communication with managers regarding requirements in order to better assist in identifying appropriate staff for positions/engagements.
    • Keep records concerning recruitment, interviews, hires, and transfers, utilize knowledge of job requirements, and follow CAI HR policies and procedures.
    • Maintain knowledge of current market availability, market rates and trends.
    • Ability to develop a strong regional network.
    • Must be active in local or regional organizations that focus on the staffing and recruiting industry, and candidate/technical group organizations
    • Excellent interviewing and coaching skills.
    • General expectations; this position will require after hours, and weekend work hours in order to contact and meet candidates.

     

    Qualifications.                                                                                                                                                                 

    • BS, in business, technical or professional discipline or equivalent work experience.
    • Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong business acumen.
    • Must be employee and customer focused.
    • Must have strong time management, staff development, vendor management, and leadership skills.
    • Seek continuous education in business strategies, design concepts, and methodologies and/or technologies.
    • Significant experience in IT services, and staff augmentation would be of value but is not required.
    • Goal and team oriented.
    • A track record of personal accountability and work ethic.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
