    Computer Aid Inc. (CAI) is a $500M global IT consulting firm that specializes in high value, long term managed services engagements with our clients.  We are currently looking for a Senior Project Analyst to be part of one of our managed services teams in south Palm Beach County, FL. 


    • The Sr. Project Analyst will provide comprehensive IT project, resource, and service evaluation. S/he will work with IT Management and Project Managers to understand their team's workload, resource allocation, dependencies and risks. This position will be responsible for the establishment of the reporting protocol and departmental priorities including project financial


                    Portfolio/Project Reporting

    • Analyzes and reports on project financials, deliverables and schedules.

    • Supports data capture, management and reporting of workforce plans, forecasts and metrics.

    • Analyzes health of projects and presents quantitative findings to management.

    • Performs audits on project plans to provide management with an independent assessment of the progress, quality and attainment of project objectives within the project.

    • Manage the logistics of scheduling assessments, reports and editing; work directly with client contacts to ensure schedule delivery

    • Participate in portfolio management meetings to review portfolio status, new project proposals and metrics.

    • Serves as project manager or backup for assigned projects: runs meetings, manages agendas/minutes, tracks tasks, issues, and action items, escalates risks and issues as necessary, and drives projects to completion.

    • Supports processes used by Project Managers to manage IT projects.


    Project Management Tools

    • Work with project management tools (Clarizen) to track and analyze project portfolio, financials, milestones, risks, deliverables and status.

    • Updates SOP’s and other process documentation.

    • Meets SLA’s.


    Process Improvement

    • Proactively search for ways to automate, improve and, streamline processes, build team collaboration and add value for our customers.

    • Makes recommendations for and supports ongoing improvements to project governance approach, processes and tools.

    • Identifies areas to address to improve efficiency and effectiveness of project governance.


    End User Training/Support

    • Facilitate portfolio management process training and guidance.

    • Assists Project Managers and IT Management in improvement of training/support capabilities based on real-world emerging needs.

    Position Requirements/Technical Skills (CCC/Vendor)

    Qualifications and Education:


    • Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in business, finance or related field of study

    • Five (5) years of professional project management

    • PMP certification a plus

    • Minimum of 3-5 year in a position directly responsible for the development of associated report generation, management and dissemination, preferably within an IT environment.

    • Strong project coordination skills and demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple demands.

    • Advanced proficiency in MSOffice suite Knowledge of Clarizen and Footprints a plus.

    • Ability to learn complex internal software programs and comfort using a variety of technology solutions to do work (i.e., IM, Video Conferencing, Live Meeting, etc.)

    • Experience in challenging customer service roles a plus.
