    The Intelligent Automation Client Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining account relationships. The position will provide support to complex account and sales pursuit strategies.


    The Intelligent Automation Client Executive takes direct ownership learning and leveraging industry trends specifically within RPA and develops a strong knowledge of CAI’s delivery process and solutions. This includes but is not limited to the following:


     



    • Providing assessments, coaching and strategy to Clients related to artificial intelligence

    • Managing existing engagements to ensure that all timelines are met

    • Leveraging existing relationships or sales to upsell additional services

    • Strategic advisory delivery management services over existing projects

    • Plan, organize and execute delivery workshops for Clients


    This role services our clients nationally, and can sit in any CAI office or remote.  Travel to Client sites will be required. 

    Position Requirements/Technical Skills (CCC/Vendor)

    Requirements & Qualifications



    • At least 10 years of professional experience, ideally in a technology driven organization

    • Technical background most recently focused on cognitive computing and/or RPA

    • Diverse technical knowledge base covering installations, deployments and technical sales support

    • Strong project management skills

    • Ability to develop and grow strategic relationships with Clients

    • Proven and effective strategist and market analyst in the IT space

    • Must have a strong interpersonal effectiveness skillset

    • Superior and demonstrable organizational, interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and operations skills are required

    • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills required

    • Effective team collaboration skills and problem solving methodology is critical

    • Effectively and with determination strives for complete customer satisfaction
