    The Senior Client Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships up to and including CXO level. The position is also responsible for the vision, development, implementation and maintenance of account plans and orchestrating the entire sales process to closure. This includes but is not limited to the following:


    • Acting as a thought-leader to CXO’s
    • Providing strategy, documentation and resource alignment plans on sales pursuit strategies
    • Establishing price and value positioning
    • Building the CAI “brand” within each account and geography you are responsible for
    • Ensure all sales and business issues are uncovered and addressed during the sales cycle
    • Qualify decision makers, influencers, and the overall buying process to increase the probability of successful closure and ensure the customer’s expectations are being met
    • Maintain a firm understanding of the prospects industry and business issues
    • Possess a working knowledge of CAI’s delivery process and solutions to build credibility with the prospect
    • Discovery and development of new account leads
    • Evaluating and coordinating proposals for accounts
    • Reviewing sales processes, and direction on how to scale them across an account


    CAI’s Senior Client Executive takes direct ownership in learning and leveraging industry trends related to these areas and is fully accountable to ensure CAI’s key stakeholders are educated and informed.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • At least 10 years of experience in a progressive Technology or Staffing driven organization in a business development role
    • Proven track record of growth within past industry experience
    • Strong business and technical understanding business development, sales strategy and account planning
    • Prior experience developing account plans, sales strategies and proposals
    • Recognized as a leader to peers
    • Proven and effective strategist
    • Must have strong interpersonal effectiveness
    • Superior and demonstrable organizational, interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and operations skills are required
    • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills required
    • Effective team collaboration skills and problem solving methodology is critical
    • Effectively and with determination strives for complete customer satisfaction
