    Role Description: The Senior SAP QA Leader is the key client facing position where he/she will be responsible for the successful implementation of the SAP HANA UPGRADE (e.g. SAP 4.0) for our customer.  This upgrade will start in June 2018 and have an anticipated end date of Q1 2020.   The Sr. SAP Testing Leader will be expected to validate SAP requirements, potentially rewrite them and integrate them into the ALM (i.e. Test Management Tool). They would then lead the implementation of a Testing Framework (Processes, People, Tools and Reporting) for the SAP HANA UPGRADE.  They would then drive this testing effort which includes resources in the that are part of the Autism2Work Program.  This role requires a person that is a great leader, has terrific communication skills, and is an expert in SAP business and testing.  Finally, this person needs to be a great mentor and is dedicated and committed in support of the Autism2Work program.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Lead and Mentor (Great Soft Skills!)
    • Review, understand and document business process flow documents as they relate to SAP functions.
    • Assists in testing of SAP application systems
    • Implement requirements traceability.
    • Review, understand and document all pharma related functions and responsibilities.
    • Demand resource planning
    • Release and Configuration Management
    • Operational reporting results
    • Management reporting on overall program progress
    • Continuous process improvements
    • Implement Test Automation
    • Implement Test Efficiencies
    • Education and Mentoring for Quality Assurance and Testing.
    • Leadership and senior management of a shared services organization focused on the functional/Integration testing planning, estimating, and execution of the testing lifecycle for all maintenance releases and invest program and project work across the multiple organizations.
    • Management of the software testing life cycle and integration management of multiple vendor partners developing requirements and delivering code into QA/Testing cycles requiring negotiation and influence.
    • Reporting and metrics development across all QA deliverables and process implementations. 
    • Stakeholder management across various teams for process improvement and deliverables.
    • Solid recruiting planning and calibration of staff.  Planning on balancing off shore and on shore vendor delivery models.
    • Facilitate regular process quality assessments for assigned programs and projects, including artifact reviews, interviews with project team members, and active project participation through status meetings.  Report findings and prepare remediation plans.
    • Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends.
    • Hold Monthly QA Strategy Planning Sessions

    Required Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 15+ years in QA/Testing
    • Minimum of 10+ years in SAP
    • Minimum of 5+ years in the pharmaceutical industry
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Related Fields
    • Hands on experience in enterprise SAP implementations
    • Automation Framework Experience
    • Tools Experience:  ALM, Worksoft,
    • eSignature solution:  Tx3 VERA (integrated with ALM)
    • Relational databases at the Enterprise level (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, etc.)
