    Job Description

    • Defines high-level conceptual designs and detailed technical designs to ensure changes properly address business requirements, follow determined architecture and appropriately leverage Sailpoint IIQ functions. Attends to both business and technical considerations when designing solutions
    • Completes complex development tasks, including creating/altering third party integrations, changing the user interface, making record changes and altering application packages to enforce robust business logic.
    • Leverages technical expertise and relationships to contribute to strategy and help drive business results (demonstrating thought leadership)
    • Participates in peer reviews and helps to set quality standards and best practices for development and knowledge of internal and external business issues to improve products or services


    • Troubleshoots major development/integration issues with other technical project staff; finds new perspectives using existing issues

    • Assists in the preparation of deployment/implementation plans and transition of knowledge to application production support teams

    • Follows established enterprise development and design standards, guidelines and processes.

    • Creates high-quality technical documentation.

    • Collaborates with the project team to identify and manage risks and issues

    • Participates in the evolution of company level best practices, standards, and policies as it related to software development.
    • Aptly manages team demands on his/her time and shows willingness/ability to delegate technical execution or responsibilities when appropriate.
    • Proactively identifies and escalates issues that may adversely impact project deliverables to the management team
    • Provides high-quality consultation to technology and business partners, demonstrating a high level of functional and technical expertise in the CRM domain.
    • Contributes to improving the company’s technical awareness, depth and use of technology across the business.
    • Contributes to the evolution of company level best practices, standards, and policies as it related to software development.
    • Mentors other members of the team
    • Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager’s discretion.

    Position Requirements/Technical Skills (CCC/Vendor)

    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is required or equivalent education


    • 4+ years’ experience focused on authentication and directory services platforms
    • 3+ years’ focused on Sailpoint IIQ
    • SDLC experience with tools like Jira, ServiceNow etc

    Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Must have excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
    • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, both verbally and in writing
    • Experience managing projects through the full system development lifecycle
    • Experience with Weblogic, Apache and IIS Web/Application Servers
    • Experience with Web and Application architectures
    • SQL, PL/SQL
    • Shell Scripting, UNIX, Linux, Windows administration, and Networking
