    Computer Aid Inc. (CAI) is a $500M global IT consulting firm that specializes in high value, long term managed services engagements with our clients.  We are currently looking for a UX-UI Designer / Business Analyst / Agile-Scrum to be an integral part of the IT team for one of our strategic accounts. 

     

    This is a challenging position and we are only looking for those that are highly motivated to learn, grow and keep pace in an ever-changing environment.  Successful candidates will enjoy strong career growth within CAI and/or with our clients directly.  Where needed, CAI will invest in technical training to ensure alignment with client technologies.

     

    Position Requirements/Technical Skills (CCC/Vendor)

    UX/UI Designer Skills

    1. Ability to design user screen mock-ups and wireframes using a Screen Design tool, such as Adobe XD

    NOTE: The ability to use a Screen Design Tool is required, along with a clear understanding of what a programmer expects from the screen mocks-up and wireframes, in order to develop the full functionality of the user screen.  It is not required for the candidate to possess programming skills; however, the candidate should be able to develop minimal functionality within the screen mock-ups, such that they can demonstrate the intended navigation.

    1. Strong artistic capabilities and solid understanding of UX/UI best practices
    2. Ability to collaborate closely with the project team to expand the functionality of the user screens
    3. Ability to quickly learn how to use new Screen Design (UX/UI) tools, other than the one(s) he/she already knows.

    Fundamental Business Analyst Skills

    1. Ability to effectively manage a structured requirements-gathering session and elicit business requirements
    2. Ability to create a clear, well-organized, and well-written Requirements Document that is understood by the project’s business stakeholders
    3. Ability to develop clear, well thought-out diagrams and process flows that effectively convey business processes and proposed IT solutions
    4. Ability to effectively coordinate and oversee process improvement work sessions with business and IT partners
    5. Ability to study data and deliver informed and well-formulated analysis to assist in project decisions 
    6. Ability to effectively work with the technical development team to convey business expectations and requirements
    7. Ability to assemble (or assist in the assembly of) a project’s test plan and test cases
    8. Ability to conduct functional testing and/or verify that the business requirements are being met by the delivered IT solution
    9. Ability to investigate problems, questions, and concerns, then provide effective resolutions and/or explanations to the project team

    Agile/Scrum Skills

    1. Experience with Agile/Scrum projects – has worked on at least two Agile/Scrum projects where formal Agile/Scrum practices were adhered to
    2. Ability to write clear and effective User Stories for Agile projects.
