    Corporate Trainer- Mechanical

    Location: Ecorse, MI

    Full Time Contract

    Evening Hours

     

    Our client has an immediate need for an experienced Corporate Trainer to join their team. The trainer will be responsible for running several class sessions in order to prepare internal employees’ to advance their career in mechanical manufacturing.

     

    Job Description:

    • Course Design, Development, Delivery and Maintenance of training material and courses.
    • Course/Session Facilitation and instruction.
    • Delivery preparation of identified Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other potential Instructors.
    • Provide learning and development consulting that include and are not limited to: adult learning principles, content development, delivery strategies, instructor preparation, material development, etc.

     

     

     

     

    Position Requirements/Technical Skills (CCC/Vendor)

    • 5 years of hands on experience in Mechanics/Mechanical Engineering
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in training/instruction/teaching
    • Curriculum design experience is a plus
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
