    Computer Aid is seeking a fulltime recruiter in our Coconut Creek, FL office.  We are looking to find individuals with a strong work ethic and drive for success. In this role you will: 



    • Work through the entire recruiting lifecycle which includes:



    • Understanding job requirements

    • Helping to tailor job descriptions and posting jobs

    • Searching for candidates on social media, job boards and internal databases

    • Effectively screening candidates using best practices

    • Doing reference checks if necessary

    • Presenting candidates to hiring managers in a polished professional manner

    • Presenting offers and negotiating terms as appropriate

    • Working closely with HR to onboarding hires

    • Working with vendors to locate subcontractors when necessary.



    • Develop and maintain various sources to attract qualified candidates.  Leverage existing and build new networks and candidate pipelines.

    • Prioritize requirements effectively and shift focus when necessary.

    • Consult with lead recruiters and/or managers to fine tune requirements and make adjustments as needed, as well as discuss difficulties.

    • Manage relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.

    • Manage recruiting activities in the Applicant Tracking System with notes and attaching any relevant documents.

    • Follow CAI HR policies and procedures

    • Maintain knowledge of current market availability/ technology trends / cost for skills and assist with locating talent to support bids/proposals.

    Requirements:



    • Professional phone presence

    • Strong communication (Oral and Written) and interpersonal skills

    • Strong business acumen

    • BS Degree in Business or Communication preferred

    • Customer service focused

    • Strong time management skills

    • Sales experience helpful

    • Experiences and achievements that display self-motivation

    • Recruiting experience desired but not required

    • A tenacious attitude with a strong desire to recruit is critical
