    Sourcing Data Analyst/Contract Administrator


    Location: Wilmington, DE

    Description: There are a very large number of contracts (thousands) that need to be “touched” our Client’s  SAP eSourcing Module.  The customer is splitting into 3 companies and decisions about Contract Mirroring, Assignments as well as negotiating new Terms for the 3 new companies must be determined by the Sourcing team. 


     


    This person should be a mid-level (but seasoned) Sourcing Resource who can navigate the SAP eSourcing module.  Activities will include:


     



    • Strong understanding of Sourcing, contract management and administration

    • Serve as a Sourcing Data Analyst to review each contract against key criteria determined by Sourcing.  Identify/recognize issues, risks or terms that need to be addressed with each contract record. 

    • Function as an active Administrator in the SAP eSourcing System.   Responsible for updating records or prepare data in a way that an off-shore function can update records.   If the later, serve as a QA function to validate the data that has been updated. 

    • Team oriented and strong communication skills to work as a Liaison to support the customer’s Senior Buyers.  Communicate contract terms, issues or questions that need to be discussed, validated or negotiated with the IT organization and/or Vendors.    

    • Analyze contracts and data to determine which of the 3 new companies will be impacted by specific contracts.

    • Strong organizational skills to coordinate activities and “manage workload” for Senior Buyers.
