  • IT Desktop Support Technician

    Location US-PA-King of Prussia
  • Position Description/Responsibilities (CCC/Vendor)

    The IT Desktop Support Technician 1 provides both internal and external support for all computer hardware and software related issues, by gathering all information necessary to analyze and resolve the issue or request.  This also includes documenting all actions performed, up to and including the resolution.


     



    • Provide technical support in response to incoming requests

    • Document calls and update Help Desk tickets

    • Perform installations, repairs and configurations in corporate office

    • Connect to off-site locations for remote support

    • Perform machine rebuilds, hardware repairs and software support

    Position Requirements/Technical Skills (CCC/Vendor)


    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred

    • 1-2 years’ Help Desk and/or Desktop support experience, required

    • Experienced with Microsoft Office Operating Systems and Microsoft Office 365

    • Well-rounded technical skills in all key areas of end-user computing: hardware, software, networking, security

    • Outstanding problem-solving abilities

    • Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multitasking capabilities

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills desired
