    Computer Aid Inc. (CAI) is a $600M global IT consulting firm that specializes in high value, long term engagements with our clients.  We are currently looking for a Sr. Project Manager for one of our strategic accounts in the Orlando area. In this role you will have the ability to work with leading edge technologies and manage projects such as integrations, upgrades, implementations, and technical engagements. This position will support our client's corporate systems. 


     


    Some of the responsibilities include: 


     




    • Lead and coordinate activities of an IT Business Solution project to ensure goals and objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frames and budgets


    • Lead the definition of project charters, including project objectives, scope, stakeholder management, project stewardship, approach, deliverables and key milestones.

    • Work closely with key stakeholders and other project team members to understand and prioritize functional requirements and information needs.  

    • Identify and communicate potential problems and issues to project manager and IT Leadership team.

    • Identify alternatives and recommend/implement solutions as appropriate.

    • Routinely report and communicate accurate project status and work estimates (ETCs) to project leaders/managers in a timely fashion.  

    • Provide direction to project team members throughout the project life cycle


     

    Position Requirements/Technical Skills (CCC/Vendor)

    Required:


    - 5-7 years Project Management experience


    - 3+ years of Project Management in an ERP environment, prefer Oracle e-business suite


    - Experience working in business financial applications - as PM or other significant role


    - Clear understanding of financial business processes


    - Excellent communication skills - verbal and written


    - Ability to easily get along with others and work with others well in a dynamic and changing environment


    - Strong organizational and planning skills - experience with MS Project and other project planning tools


    - PMP strongly preferred
