    Computer Aid Inc. (CAI) is a $600M global IT consulting firm that specializes in high value, long term managed services engagements with our clients.  We are currently looking for an experienced application/integration architect for one of our top strategic accounts in South Florida. This Architect will work closely with Senior IT Leadership to help assess our client's current environment and build a roadmap for technology within the organization. 

     

    Responsibilities include:  

    • Will collaborate with other professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications.
    • Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility.
    • Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards.
    • Will be designing and implementing SOA, APIs, API Gateways and microservices
    • Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers.
    • Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility etc.

    Position Requirements/Technical Skills (CCC/Vendor)

     

    • 5+ years experience as an architect, focus is on applications and integration
    • Experience designing and implementing SOA, APIs, API Gateways and microservices
    • Some experience with moving to the cloud and SAAS
    • Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
    • Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices
    • C#/.Net/ASP
      • The current environment is COTS packages, .Net & SQL Server
