    Graphic Design Internship

This is NOT a summer internship...this is year round so local candidates needed.

CAI is looking for a Graphic Design intern to join our small, multidisciplinary design team and work alongside us on a variety of projects. We’re looking for someone who geeks out over typography, grid systems, and color theory. You’ll be helping us with projects ranging from UX and UI design, brand design, internal marketing projects, and illustration and icon design. Just as importantly, we’re here to help you learn and gain real-world working experience as a graphic designer in an IT company.

Please include your resume, cover letter, and portfolio or link to a portfolio website when applying. We’d love to see any work you’ve made – even unfinished projects. Be sure to explain and talk about your process; how you think and approach a project is half the battle!

What kind of skills are we looking for?

What we’re really interested in, is someone who thinks differently and brings creative ideas to the table. We’re looking for someone who can use the company’s established brand guidelines and really be creative with them. Someone who’s comfortable working independently but also collaborating closely with a team.

    • Working knowledge of Adobe CC apps such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and XD. After Effects is a plus but not required
    • Experience in both print and web design
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Quick learner
    • Detail oriented with a high level of craftsmanship
