    Computer Aid Inc. (CAI) is a $500M global IT consulting firm that specializes in high value, long term managed services engagements with our clients.  We are currently looking for an Technical Project Lead in the Orlando area to lead a development project team in one of our strategic accounts.  This position is a contract to hire position.


    Daily responsibilities will include responsibility for running end to end eCommerce or Web related projects.  Will manage timelines, resources, budget related to the project. Must have experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. 


    Other responsibilities include:

    • Plan, lead and manage a portfolio of IT Business Solution projects to ensure goals and objectives of each project are accomplished within prescribed time frames and budgets.  
    • Work closely with the Support team to confirm to ensure Service Level Objectives are being met
    • Work closely with and manage both internal development teams and external integration partners to align project objectives, define discrete team deliverables, and ensure project milestones are achieved with high quality.
    • Develop resources strategies, allocating staff, tools and specialized support as necessary to ensure commitments are met.
    • Ensure appropriate and detailed project work plans are in place for all projects. Regularly review progress to ensure that projects are on schedule and within budget.  
    • Effectively communicate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure issues are analyzed, discussed and resolved in a timely manner.   Identify risk mitigation steps and recommend actions to address project issues. Ensure risks and issues are managed to closure.   


    Position Requirements/Technical Skills (CCC/Vendor)


    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business process management and functional requirements analysis
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience leading projects with strong relationship management skills
    • 3+ years IT experience in a technical role as part of an IT team (Developer, QA, Business Analyst, etc.)
    • Experience managing IT web and/or e-commerce projects
    • Any ecommerce project management experience is a plus
    • Experience and demonstrated competency with Microsoft Project and Visio
    • Understanding of development concepts and the SDLC
    • Experience managing end to end projects
    • Resource management, timelines, and budget
    • Ability to set, manage, and meet client expectations
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills
    • BS/BA in MIS, Computer Science, Business or Mathematics
    • PMP preferred
