    Computer Aid is looking for a senior technical PM to lead a couple reporting related projects for the top-level PA state executives.  The projects will consist of leading the creation of an PowerBI HR Complement Report and then work regarding HR/IT Metrics. Deliverables include:

    • Creating a report to provide agency hiring managers insight into their available complement (HR positions available), vacancies, positions in-flight for hiring, anticipated retirements/separations etc.
    • Data needs to pulled from at least 3 systems
    • Create/oversee the data model, infrastructure setup, and final report output. 

    Afterward, you would automate the reporting of success metrics for the HR/IT Shared Services initiative. Currently this data is numerous systems and requires manual compilation to produce quarterly metric reports. 

     

    Expected project duration is 4-6 months.

    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong background with reporting and ideally PowerBI
    • 3+ years of PM work
