  • Position Description/Responsibilities (CCC/Vendor)

    The Recruiting Lead is responsible for development and overall success of the Recruiting Team(s) they support.  The Recruiting Lead is responsible to build relationships with Sales Teams, internal Hiring Managers and Recruiters. 

     

    This includes but is not limited to the following:

    • Hold teams accountable for coverage on requirements
    • Maintain metrics and track SLA’s for requirements on a daily basis
    • Host meetings to review requirements, challenges and provide solutions that will encourage the team to identify the most ideal candidates for opportunities
    • Work with Recruiters to build a pipeline of talent
    • Educating teams on market availability of candidates
    • In addition to leadership tasks, the Recruiting Lead is responsible for identifying candidates for submission on requirements on a daily basis.
    • Understanding job requirements
    • Help to tailor job descriptions and posting jobs
    • Searching for candidates on social media, job boards and internal databases
    • Presenting candidates to hiring managers in a polished professional manner
    • Presenting offers and negotiating terms as appropriate
    • Working closely with HR to onboard new hires
    • Working with vendors to locate subcontractors when necessary
    • Develop and maintain various sources to attract qualified candidates.  Leverage existing and build new networks and candidate pipelines.
    • Prioritize requirements effectively and shift focus when necessary.
    • Manage recruiting activities in the Applicant Tracking System with notes and attaching any relevant documents.
    • Follow CAI HR policies and procedures
    • Maintain knowledge of current market availability/ technology trends / cost for skills and assist with locating talent to support bids/proposals.

       

    Position Requirements/Technical Skills (CCC/Vendor)

    • Requirements:

      • At least 5 years of experience Recruiting
      • Prior leadership experience is preferred
      • Experience working on technical positions such as; developers, project managers, testers, IT support and cutting edge niche roles
      • Professional phone presence
      • Strong communication (Oral and Written) and interpersonal skills
      • Strong business acumen
      • BS or equivalent work experience
      • Customer service focused
      • Strong time management skills
      • Sales experience helpful
      • Experiences and achievements that display self-motivation
