    CAI is looking for 2 Entry Level professionals  in Harrisburg, Pa.

    This is a multi year position.


    Ideal candidate still in school or just graduated.

    Entry Level preferred, any experience with Hardware/Cabling is a plus.

    2 – part time resources. Likely 32 hours per week. First position hours 8am-4pm Tuesday – Friday. Second position hours Thursday – Sunday 4pm-12am. Each position will be expected to shift their schedules as requested (with advance notification) to help cover our 24x7x365 onsite support.


    Duties below:


    Responsibilities & Qualifications

    • Provide support for all Media Management activities, such as tape rotations and media storage.
    • Provide remote and onsite Data Center support to include timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of our customers while meeting or exceeding SLAs.
    • Communicates with global customers on progress of requests, maintains a high standard of satisfaction from requesters, performs coordination activities associated with the troubleshooting, installation and/or de-installation/disposal hardware inventory.
    • Should demonstrate an aptitude for increasing proficiency and expertise.
    • Acquires knowledge on company policies, procedure and essential job skills required to resolve routine tasks. Follows TEIS policies and procedures like change management etc.
    • Must be able to work without direct supervision at times.
    • Occasional off-hours (including weekend work) and on-call support may be required to support standard work schedules, training and special projects.
    • Build good working relationships within global team and larger TEIS organization.
    • Installation and maintenance of the structured cabling systems and extending customer circuits including POTS,T1, T3, Ethernet, and Fiber.
    • Identify/Troubleshoot problems related to installations, configurations, operations, or performance.
    • Operate, monitor, maintain, and respond to abnormal conditions in Data Center.
    • Must be able to lift 60 to 75 lbs.
    • Develop/Maintain documentation including floor layouts, hardware inventory, cable connectivity with high accuracy.


    Travel: Less than 10% 
    Education Experience: Associate Degree (High School +2 years) 
    Employment Experience: 1-3 years
