    Senior Project Manager

     

    We are looking to hire a Senior Project Manager for our project in St of DE for 160 hours a month work schedule.

     

    Here is some information:

     

    - Duration is Long-term (15 months)

    - Start Date in ASAP

    - In person iterview is required

    - Onsite work in Dover, DE is required

     

     

    This project is about converting an old legacy applicatio for Satet's Licensing from SQL Server 2000 to a new environment using SalesForce.com platform. There is also a need for interfacing this system with many cloud-based applications.

    The role of the Project Manager is to oversee the technical and data analyst resources who are engaed in performing realted analysis and development rasks.

     

    Position Requirements/Technical Skills (CCC/Vendor)

     

     

    Skill/Responsibilities:

     

    • Very strong hands-on MS Project Skills
    • Able to Monitor and Report project risks to the attention of the higher-level Program Manager
    • Experience managing Software Application Development (Waterfall/Agile) experience
    • Hans-on Project Planning and issues resolution skills
    • The Development environment is Salesforce.com (any experience with that tool, not the CRM application, is highly desirable) for this Licensing Solution Project, so familarity with simiar application development projects is required
    • The Old legacy System is 15 years old in SQL 2000, which needs to be converted to Salesforce.com, so the role requires similar conversion application managment experience
    • Experience in managing projects that interface with various packages (similar to  ETL/ HP ALM, Mulesoft, DocuSign, EFax, etc.)
    • Strong experience in Vendor Management and Third-party Tools
    • Adept in Coordinating project activities efficiently
    • Heavy interaction with Business and Technical staff
    • Good People and Influencing skills to enforce various standards and best practices
    • Conduct JAD sessions to move thing along to meet strict deadlines
    • Excellent communication, and leadership skills
    • A Bachelor's degree in a related area is also required
